developing Neighbourhood Houses as demonstration centres to showcase the
principles and operation of low energy and water use design features,

Celebrate another year of friendship
and community with some festive fun
and great raffles.
BYO picnic dinner.
Last year everyone had a great time.
Santa dropped in to hand out some
gifts to the children there and happy raffle winners took home our
hampers, Christmas banners and handmade environmentally-friendly shopping bags (banners and bags made by members of the Women of Wisdom group.

The wonderful re-launch of one of Richmond's
heritage building treasures, 'The Stables' occurred on
Thursday 03 July and those who were present enjoyed so many activities happening on
the two floors of this amazing venue such as:
Official re-launch and plaque presentation by Councillor Kay Meadows from City of Yarra
Cooking demonstration with Feun
Displays from U3A Mosaics, Women of Wisdom, etc
Massage demonstration
Mini Maestros music session for the kids
Face painting / Balloons / Storytelling
Delicious morning tea our Lucky Bag draw!
The day was definitely one that showcased what Burnley Neighbourhood Centre
has to offer, and most importantly, the community who came along from
all walks of life.
